从海绵城市角度浅谈如何提升合肥市主城区水安全保障系统

Discussion on how to improve the water security system in the main urban area of Hefei from the perspective of sponge city

针对合肥市主城区内涝现状及成因进行分析,同时结合住建部《海绵城市建设绩效评价与考核办法(试行)》确定合肥市暴雨内涝灾害防治指标,并从海绵城市建设角度提出从源头削减径流量,完善排水管网,利用自然水体和人工水体对雨水进行调蓄,建立"灰绿蓝"结合的大排水系统,提高洪涝灾害的防治能力。

Analysis of the present situation and causes of waterlogging in main urban areas of Hefei.Combining with Index of prevention and control of rainstorm and waterlogging disaster determined by Measures for performance evaluation and assessment of sponge city construction(trial)which combined by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,And put forward reducing runoff from the source,improving the municipal pipe,making use of natural water and artificial water to store rain,establishing a large drainage system which combined with“grey green blue”,to improve the ability of flood prevention from the perspective of sponge city.
