地下管网隐患数据模型建立与应用

摘要 近年来,由于地下管线导致的事故越来越多,各地都开始着手进行地下管线隐患排查工作,但是多局限于地下管线的空间位置关系、管线渗漏等领域,有一定的局限性。本文结合北京市市政市容管理委员会于2015年1月发布的北京城市地下管线自身结构性隐患排查管理工作导则(2015版),提取了众多影响地下管线安全的因子,利用层次分析法对各个因子进行权重确定,再根据多准则法及各因素权重计算管线隐患指数。利用本文所提出的方法,在乌兰察布市进行了试验,确定了乌兰察布市排水管线的隐患指数。 In recent years,due to the underground pipeline caused by more and more accidents,all around began to carry out underground pipeline hidden dangers investigation work,but more limited to the underground pipeline spatial position relationship,pipeline leakage and other fields,there are certain limitations.This thesis draws on many factors that affect the safety of underground pipelines,which is based on the guiding principle of the structural hazard management of the underground pipeline in Beijing,which was published in January2015by the Beijing Municipal and Municipal Administration Committee.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to defining the weight factor,and then according to the multi-criteria method and the weight of each factor to calculate the pipeline hidden index.The test in Ulanqab has been carried out and obtain the hidden index of Drainage Pipeline in Ulanqab by using the method proposed in this paper successfully.
