结合太铁职工文化活动中心综合改造项目实例,从总平面规划布局、平面布局、空间组合设计、防火分区等方面,阐述了高层商住楼的建筑设计方法,并阐明了疏散和消防对高层建筑的重要性。

Combining with the example of comprehensive transformation project in Taitie workers’cultural activities,this paper expounds the ar-chitectural design methods of high-rise commercial and residential buildings from the aspects of general plan layout,plane layout,space combina-tion design and fire prevention zoning,and expound the importance of evacuation and fire prevention to high-rise buildings.
