雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛尾气降解性能研究

摘要 将纳米TiO_2掺加于雾封层中喷涂在道路表面,不仅可用于道路预防性养护,还可降解汽车尾气,具有重要的应用价值。选择氮掺杂二氧化钛与50 nm锐钛矿二氧化钛,应用方式采用水溶液型和雾封层型,基于室外尾气降解试验与车轮磨耗试验,研究两种纳米TiO_2对NO_X与CO的降解效能并进行降解耐久性分析。结果表明:相较普通纳米TiO_2,雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛对NO_X与CO降解效能分别提高44. 8%和38. 8%;车轮磨耗试验后,雾封层型对NO_X与CO降解效能比水溶液型高4. 0%和3. 7%,说明雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛的降解效能优良且降解耐久性较好。 Photocatalytic fog sealsare prepared by adding the nano titanium dioxide in fog seal emulsions.It can not only be used for road pre-ventive maintenance,but also degrade automobile exhaust gas,so it has important application value.Two types of TiO2,N-TiO2and50nm ana-tase TiO2particles were selected and suspended in water and emulsified asphalt.Based on the outdoor exhaust gas degradation test and wheel wear test,the degradation performance of NO X and CO was tested and the degradation durability was analyzed.The results indicated that the deg-radation efficiency of photocatalytic fog seal containing N-doped TiO2for NO X and CO were increased by44.8%and38.8%compared with ana-tase TiO2.After the wearing test,its degradation efficiency of NO X and CO were4.0%and3.7%higher than that of aqueous solution.It showed the durability of degradation efficiency for fog seal was significantly better than that of the aqueous solution.
