从方案、交底、检查、总结四方面阐述了全过程监理的主要环节,并从准备阶段、施工过程、竣工验收阶段三个方面探究了建筑工程施工全过程监理质量控制的有效对策,以期我国建筑行业全面实施监理质量控制工作,提高整体工程质量。

The article first expounds the main links of the whole process supervision from four aspects:plan,end,inspection and summary,and then probes into the countermeasures of quality control of the whole process supervision from three aspects:preparation stage,construction process and acceptance stage.It is hoped that the construction industry in China will fully implement the quality control work of supervision and improve the overall engineering quality.
