摘要
通过分析目前《监理日志》的记录现状,从统一思想、加强培训、制定标准、加强管理、检查监督等方面,提出项目《监理日志》的管理措施和建议,希望为相关工作人员提供参考。
Through analyzing current Supervision Diary recording status,starting from aspects of unifying ideas,strengthening cultivation,formulating standards,enhancing management and supervision,the paper puts forward project Supervision Diary management measures and suggestions,with a view to provide some guidance for relevant staff.
