Hot Super-Compaction Process for Radioactive Spent Resin

摘要 介绍了放射性废树脂热态超级压缩处理技术,并利用非放树脂开展了工程试验研究。试验结果显示,经过10 h干燥,废树脂含水率可达1.4%,热态超级压缩后压饼24 h体积反弹0.56%,24 h后无体积反弹。放射性废树脂热态超级压缩处理技术实现了废树脂减容处理,减容比可达2,满足放射性废物管理最小化原则,其应用前景广阔。 Hot super-compression processing technology of radioactive spent resins is introduced,and the engineering test and research with non-radioactive resins are carried out.The result shows that after 10 h drying,the moisture content of the resin reaches 1.4%,the resin drum pellet had a slight rebound of 0.56%within 24 h after hot super-compression,but no rebound after 24 h.The hot super-compression processing technology of radioactive spent resins has realized the volume reduction of spent resins,and the ratio of volume reduction reaches 2,which satisfies the principle of minimization of radioactive waste management,and has broad prospects of application.
