摘要 AP1000型核电厂主泵泵壳采用铁素体含量为8%~20%的奥氏体铁素体不锈钢铸件,其中镍含量为8%~11%,铬含量为18%~21%。本文介绍了AP1000主泵泵壳铸件制造的主要关键工艺。泵壳钢水的冶炼使用EAF电炉粗炼,经熔炼分析满足要求后,再经LF炉和VOD炉精炼完成。泵壳铸造采用木质模型,利用全树脂砂砂型铸造,采用三箱造型的底返式快速浇注并以氩气保护的浇注工艺,浇注时间控制在5分钟内完成,浇注温度控制在1 530℃~1 550℃之间,成功完成了AP1000主泵泵壳的铸造。本文同时还描述了浇注后铸件的热处理、焊接、无损检验和理化检验等方面的质量控制要求。 AP1000 primary pump shell using austenite and ferrite duplex stainless steel casting which including ferrite 12%to 20%,Ni 8%to 11%and Cr 18%to 21%.The paper introduced main critical foundry technique of AP1000 primary pump shell.molten steel smelt of pump shell using EAF blister,meet demand through smelting analysis,then using LF and VOD refining.The pump shell casting adopt wood mould,taking all resin sand cast,casting process technics of three-cavity mould choosing bottom return,fast casting,and Ar protect,pouring time is control about 5min,control the pouring temperature between 1 530℃and 1 550℃,finally,successful cast the AP1000 primary pump shell.Meanwhile,moreover,it described the quality control of the casting which including heat treatment requirement,welding,non-destructive testing and physicochemical testing requirement and so on.
