摘要
以硫酸酸解竹材加工剩余物制备纳米纤维素晶体(CNC)为固体粒子,替代乳化剂稳定十二烷与水的混合液体来制备Pickering乳液,系统考察了超声时间、CNC浓度、油水比及乳液放置时间对Pickering乳液的形貌和稳定性的影响。光学显微镜观察表明,随着CNC浓度增加与油水比降低,Pickering乳液的液滴尺寸逐渐下降;而超声时间不影响液滴尺寸。此外,离心处理后,三相体系中的乳液层厚度与液滴尺寸不随放置时间改变。
Cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)were prepared from the bamboo processing residue by using sulfuric acid hydrolysis method.Then,bamboo CNC was used to prepare dodecane/water Pickering emulsion by ultrasonic treatment.The influence of ultrasonic time,CNC concentration,oil/water ratio and storage time on the morphology and stability of Pickering emulsion was investigated.The optical microscope observation showed that the droplet size of Pickering emulsion gradually decreased with increasing of CNC concentration and decreasing of oil/water ratio.The ultrasonic time did not affect the droplet size of Pickering emulsion.In addition,the thickness and droplet size of the creaming layer did not change with the storage time.
