教师的生存与发展问题是教育科学研究领域的重中之重。微观权力以其独特的理解和思维方式,打开了解释教师生存与发展状态的另一扇大门。微观权力关注发生在权力网络中的各种权力关系,以及这些关系运作的载体,如知识、话语、身体、主体等。微观权力因为自身的运作特点而具有非中心、生产性、创造性、隐匿性等特征。从微观权力的角度来分析教师的生存状态主要表现在三个方面:对教师身体权力的规训程度越来越大、教师知识权力的"工具性"特征突出和教师主体权力的"缺失"。因此,教师要在身体、知识、主体等层面做出合理的调适。

The survival and development of teachers is the top priority in the field of educational science research.With its unique understanding and way of thinking,micro-power opens another door to explain the survival and development of teachers.Micro-power emphasizes the various power relations that take place in the power network.These power relations operate and function through the carriers and media of knowledge,discourse,body,and subject are characterized by productivity,creativity and concealment.From the perspective of micro-power,the survival of teachers is mainly manifested in three aspects:The degree of discipline of teachers'physical power is increasing,the"instrumental"characteristics of teachers'intellectual power are prominent,and the"missing"of teachers'subject power.So,teachers should make reasonable adjustments at the level of body,knowledge,and subject.
