摘要
随着"互联网+"这个大数据时代的到来,"无人餐厅"这一新兴的智能化餐厅也因此应运而生。它不仅对传统酒店行业形成了剧烈的冲击,同时也对酒店管理专业提出了全新的挑战。对此,酒店管理专业在人才培养方面应从改变落伍的培养目标和培养模式、调整现有的课程体系和实践环节、探索全新的教学方法和教学手段、聘任全能的专职教师和兼职人才这四个方面去探索,去实践,以满足新兴智能无人餐厅对专业化餐饮人才的需求。
As the coming of the era of“Internet plus冶and big data,unmanned restaurant,a new intelligent restaurant,is emerging.It not only has a severe impact on the traditional hotel industry,but also poses a new challenge to the hotel management major.Thus,in order to meet the requirements of catering talents for unmanned restaurant industry,hotel management major should reform and practice by changing the outdated training objective and training mode,adjusting the existing curriculum system,exploring brandnew teaching methods and teaching means,and employing all-round full-time teachers or part-time teachers.
