本文综述了球形二氧化硅的特点、在覆铜板中应用领域、国内外生产情况和产品规格,重点论述了球形二氧化硅在覆铜板中的应用技术。随着国内球形二氧化硅生产技术的提高,有望进一步推动球形二氧化硅在覆铜板中的应用,带动覆铜板性能和技术的提升。

In this paper,the characteristics of spherical silica,its application fields,production situation andproduct specifications at China and abroad are summarized.The application technology of spherical silica in copperclad laminates is emphatically discussed.With the improvement of domestic production technology of sphericalsilica,it is expected to further promote the application of spherical silica in copper clad laminates,and promotetheoverall improvement of performance and technology of copper clad laminates.
