水闸结构高性能矿渣混凝土防裂措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 水闸混凝土结构施工期容易产生裂缝,高性能矿渣混凝土具有水胶比较低、早期水化放热速率较大、绝热温升较高等特点,用于水闸结构时,施工期更容易产生温度裂缝。针对这一问题,阐述了这类结构的裂缝形成机理和防裂方法,并以某河口水闸为例,采用三维有限单元法对水闸结构施工期温控防裂措施及其效果进行了系统的仿真分析,结果表明,早期内外温差和后期基础温差是高性能矿渣混凝土水闸结构产生裂缝的主要原因,而表面保温和内部水管降温是防止水闸结构裂缝的有效措施。 Cracks are common in construction of concrete sluice structure.The high performance slag concrete has the characteristics of low water gel ratio,high early hydration heat rate and high adiabatic temperature rise,which is easier to crack in sluice construction.Aiming at this problem,the crack forma-tion mechanism and crack prevention method for this kind of structure are expounded in this paper.Tak-ing an estuarine sluice as an example,the three-dimensional finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the temperature control measures and its effect in construction period of the sluice struc-ture.The results show that the early internal and external temperature difference and the later basis tem-perature difference are the main cause of cracks in slag concrete sluice structure,and the temperature control method of surface insulation and internal pipe cooling is effective for crack prevention.
