摘要 分析从铂钯精矿中提取铂工艺中铂直收率低的原因,探讨氯化铵沉淀法回收萃钯余液中铂的可行性。比较氯化铵沉淀法和萃取法回收萃钯余液中铂的生产工艺。研究结果表明:采用氯化铵直接沉淀法沉淀尾液中铂浓度为0.007g/L,与萃取法尾液中铂浓度相当;可取消中和除杂工序,解决铂在中和渣中的分散问题,缩短工艺流程,提高铂直收率,具有很大的工业应用价值。 The reason of low direct yield of platinum in the process of platinum extraction from platinum palladium concentrate was analyzed.The feasibility of recovering platinum in palladium solution by ammonium chloride precipitation method was discussed.Comparison was made between ammonium chloride precipitation method and extraction method for recovery of palladium extraction platinum was production technology of platinum.The results show that,direct precipitation of ammonium chloride in the precipitated tailing solution was 0.007g/L,The platinum concentration in the tail liquid of the extraction method is equal to that in the tail liquid of the extraction method.The neutralization and removal process can be eliminated to solve the dispersion problem of platinum in the neutralization slag,shortening the process flow increase the direct yield of platinum and it has great industrial application value.
