摘要 在介绍KLM立磨机结构、工作原理的基础上,重点分析了立磨机试验装置,并以标准石英砂为研究对象,开展了转速、研磨介质直径、介质充填率等关键结构和运行参数的探索研究,明确了立磨机的关键参数。以确定的参数为基础对处理量500t/d的矿物选用了KLM-280立磨机,完全满足了金矿细磨工艺要求,为立磨机工业化应用选型提供了科学的指导依据。 On the base of introducing the structure and working principle of KLM vertical mill,the vertical mill test equipment was analyzed emphatically.And taking the standard quartz sand as the research object,the key structure and operating parameters were explored and researched such as shaft speed,grinding media diameter and filling ratio of grinding media.The key structural and operating parameters of vertical mill were determined.Afterwards,using the lab vertical mill under the most optimal conditions,a fine grinding size selection test was performed on gold ore.According to the fine grinding curve,KLM-280 vertical mill was selected with a practical throughput of 500 tons per day.The equipment which was selected can fully meet the technological requirements for fine grinding of gold ore and this provided scientific guidance for the selection of industrial vertical mill.
