银阳极圆盘浇铸机的研制

Development of Silver Anode Disc Casting Machine

针对江西铜业铅锌金属有限公司稀贵金属厂银阳极浇铸人力耗费多、劳动强度大、银阳极板外观易飞边毛刺、后续加工处理工序繁琐等,我们设计研制了银阳极圆盘浇铸机。介绍了银阳极圆盘浇铸机的各项功能设置工作原理,液压系统的应用及工业无线操作遥控器的使用配置情况。

Aiming at lots of problems in the process of silver anode disc casting in the precious metals plant of Jiangxi Copper Lead and Zinc Metals Company Limited,which including high labor costs and intensity,poor appearance quality of products and tedious follow-up processing procedures,we developed a kind of disc casting machine to solve these problems.The working principle,application of hydraulic system and application of industrial wireless remote control operation are introduced in this article.
