摘要 针对一台柴油机连续3次出现活塞熔顶故障,组织了技术骨干对其熔顶原因进行了分析。通过讨论,认识到柴油机更换了活塞缸套组件后,出厂前需要进行有效磨合。这样不仅可以提高柴油机的使用寿命,还可以对活塞环的闭口间隙产生影响。通过对闭口间隙的最小值进行理论计算,找到了导致该柴油机故障的原因:活塞环的闭口间隙小于最小标准值,并且没有进行有效的磨合。从而发生拉缸,并最终导致熔顶。 Aiming at three consecutive piston top failures on a diesel engine,a technical team was organized to analyze the cause of the top failure.Through discussion,it is learned that after the replacement of piston cylinder liner components for the diesel engine,it needs to be effectively run in before leaving the factory.This can not only improve the service life of the diesel engine,but also have an impact on the piston ring closed gap.Through the theoretical calculation of the minimum value of the closed gap,the cause of the diesel engine failure is found:the closing clearance of piston ring is less than the minimum standard value,and no effective run-in.Thus the cylinder is pulled,and the melting top is finally caused.
