摘要
随着工业的发展,水资源日益匮乏,水污染愈加严重,对废水以及污水的综合治理越来越重要。文中主要介绍德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂针对一期磨浮工段现场用水设计1套自清洗水源过滤装置[1]。由于水源杂质较多(树叶、树枝,泥土残渣等),一定时间的累积,清水泵内会存留大量的杂质,影响清水泵的使用以及寿命甚至影响生产,因此净化水源保证清水泵正常运行非常有必要,为此在清水泵进水水源设计安装水源过滤装置,能大大减轻清水泵的负担,延长清水泵的更换周期,为正常生产提供有力的保障。
With the development of industry,water resources are increasingly scarce and water pollution is becoming more and more serious.The comprehensive treatment of wastewater and sewage is becoming more and more important.This article mainly aims at designing a set of water source filtration device for the floatation section of Dexing Copper Mine.Because of the more impurities in the water source(leaves,branches,soil residue,etc.),a certain amount of time accumulated,a large amount of impurities will be retained in the water pump,which affects the use and life of the clean water pump,and even affects the production.Therefore,it is necessary to purify the water source to ensure the normal operation of the water pump.For this reason,the water source filter is designed and installed in the water pump water source.The device can greatly reduce the burden of the fresh water pump and extend the replacement cycle of the fresh water pump,so as to provide a strong guarantee for normal production.
