摘要
闪速炉烟气中含有三氧化硫,在实际生产中会易与烟气中的水结合生成硫酸雾。闪速炉电收尘出口烟尘监测采用重量法,监测结果易受硫酸雾的影响,监测结果波动大。通过原因分析,改进监测方法,修正监测结果,能有效减少硫酸雾对烟尘监测结果的影响。
The sulphur trioxide is contained in the off gas from flash furnace,the sulfuric acid fog is easy produced by the reaction between sulphur trioxide and water during the practical production.The monitoring results of the flash furnace electric precipitator are susceptible to the influence of sulfuric acid fog,and fluctuate greatly.The influence of sulfuric acid fog on dust monitoring results can be effectively reduced by reason analysis and improved monitoring methods and correcting result.
