摘要
通过一种以酰基叠氮类化合物、2,5-二羟基-1,4-二噻烷类化合物为原料在溶剂存在的条件下,以40%浓硫酸为脱水剂,各种芳香取代的酰基叠氮与2,5-二羟基-1,4-二噻烷反应,以良好的收率得到3-取代-噻唑-2(3H)-酮,该反应为高效合成3-取代-噻唑-2(3H)-酮提供了一种简便的方法。
A simple and convenient method for the synthesis of 3-substituted-thiazol-2(3H)-one is presented,in which the simple acyl azides and 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol were identified as starting materials reacting in solvent,40%H 2 SO 4 as dehydrating agent.A series of aromatic acyl azides were successfully compatible with this protocol,affording the corresponding thiazol-2(3H)-one in good excellent yields,which provides a rapid and reliable approach to thiazol-2(3H)-one.
