德国生活垃圾减量和分类管理对我国的启示

Enlightenment of Reduction and Separation Management of Municipal Solid Waste in Germany

通过对德国生活垃圾管理现状、垃圾分类做法、生活垃圾管理立法、欧盟废物管理立法等内容进行阐述和分析,总结了德国在生活垃圾分类方面的经验和启示,针对我国特点提出推行生活垃圾分类应重视立法工作、加强行业监管、发挥行业组织作用、推进垃圾减量分类、加强科技创新、推进产业化进程。

Through expounding and analyzing of current situation of domestic waste management in Germany,garbage classification practices,domestic waste management legislation and European Union waste management legislation,the experience and enlightenment of classification of domestic waste in Germany were summarized.According to the characteristics of China,we should attach importance to legislation,strengthen industry supervision,play the role of industry organization,promote waste reduction classification,strengthen scientific and technological innovationand promote process of industrialization.
