摘要
阐述了农村地区小型生活垃圾焚烧炉的现状,总结了其原理和运行情况。现有小型焚烧炉可分类为直接焚烧、气化焚烧和热解焚烧,通过研究排放特征,发现基于热解后焦炭挥发分耦合燃烧的热解焚烧技术,配套适合的烟气净化系统,其原始排放水平最低,且玻璃化残渣的重金属浸出达到最低水平,然而为了保证达标排放,应该装配合适的烟气净化设施。
The current situation of small-scale domestic waste incinerator in the rural were elaborated,and its principles and operation conditions were summarized.The available small-scale incinerators can be classified as direct incineration,gasification incineration and pyrolysis incineration.Through studying emission characteristics,the incineration technology based on char-volatile coupled combustion after pyrolysis was found.Matching suitable flue gas cleaning system,the incineration technology had the lowest original discharge level and heavy metals leaching level of its vitrified slag.However,appropriate flue gas cleaning facilities should be installed to ensure standard emission.
