摘要
矿化垃圾中含有数量庞大、种类繁多的微生物群,且孔隙率高、水力渗透性能优良,应用于渗沥液处理可实现较好的污染物去除效果。对上海某生活垃圾填埋场已有的矿化床设施进行修缮,以期获得较好的渗沥液处理效果。对修缮后的矿化床进行工程运行,结果表明:运行前期(0~15 d)能够取得较高的污染物去除率,其中COD去除率> 90%;随运行时间的增减,渗沥液处理效果逐渐变差。从进水水质、环境温度、床层及渗沥液复氧能力以及矿化床表面管理几个方面探讨影响矿化床长期运行效果的主要因素,并提出相应的控制措施。
The aged refuse with high porosity and excellent hydraulic permeability,contains a large number of microbial communities with a wide variety of species,which can be applied to leachate treatment to achieve better pollutant removal effect.The existing aged-refuse bioreactor from a MSW landfill in Shanghai was repaired to obtain better leachate treatment effect.Engineering operation on the repaired mineralized bed was carried out,the results showed that a high pollutant removal rate could be achieved in the earlystage(0~15d),of which the removal rate of COD was over90%.However,the treatment rate of pollutants was decreased gradually with the treatment time.Finally,the main factors that influencd the long-term operation of aged-refuse bioreactor were discussed from the following aspects in terms of influent quality,environmental temperature,reaeration capability and bed surface management of aged-refuse bioreactor,and corresponding control measures were proposed.
