垃圾焚烧厂渗沥液协同处理方案设计分析 被引量:2

摘要 对浓缩液不同处理方案的优缺点进行对比分析,提出浓缩液回喷入炉焚烧的处理方式。针对渗沥液零排放要求,贯彻厂内协同的思想,结合渗沥液处理工艺,将浓缩液、沼气和污泥处理与焚烧工艺结合,对协同处理方案的工艺流程进行设计计算,并对相关技术和经济指标进行分析,提出合理化建议。 Advantages and disadvantages of different treatment schemes for concentrated leachate in waste incineration plant were compared and analyzed and the treatment method of concentrated leachate back-ejecta into incinerator was put forward.To meet the zero discharge requirements of leachate,the idea of cooperation in the plant was implemented.Combined with leachate treatment process,concentrated leachate,methane and sludge treatment were united with incineration technology.Finally,process flow of the synergistic treatment scheme was designed and calculated,and then the relevant technical and economic indicators were analyzed,thus reasonable suggestions were put forward.
