基于忆阻器的Lü超混沌系统的分析与实现 被引量:3

摘要 以Lü系统为基础,采用3次型磁控忆阻器作为该系统的反馈项构建了超混沌电路系统.采用基本动力学方法分析了动力学特性,给出了系统的相图、Lyapunov指数谱及分岔图等.数值仿真结果表明,该系统产生了特殊的超混沌吸引子,并且随着参数的变化,系统会产生丰富的动力学行为.利用PSPICE软件对该系统的模拟等效电路进行仿真,实验仿真和数值仿真结果一致,证实了该系统的可行性,为忆阻混沌电路的工程应用奠定了基础. Base on the Lüsystem,the flux-controlled smooth memristor were employed as the feedback control technique to design a hyper-chaotic system,and the dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed,including portrait diagrams,Lyapunov exponent spectrum and bifurcation diagram.Numerical simulation results show that the chaotic system produces a special hyper-chaotic attractor,and exhibits rich dynamical behavior with the evolution of system parameters.The analog equivalent circuit is used to realize the system using the SPICE software,the simulation results are in agreement with the numerical simulation,it verifies that the system is physically realizable,and lays a strong foundation for the application of membrane resistance chaotic circuit.
