摘要
以泡沫混凝土为研究对象,运用生命周期评价方法,对泡沫混凝土墙体生产过程中的资源消耗、能源消耗和污染气体排放进行特征化、归一化及敏感度分析,辨识在其生产过程中对环境产生最大影响的工艺环节,为工艺设备的进步和技术更新提供可靠依据.
Taking foam concrete as the research object,using life cycle assessment method,the characteristics of resource consumption,energy consumption and pollution gas emissions in the production process of foam concrete wall were characterized,normalized and sensitive.It identified the process steps that have the greatest impact on the environment during its production process,providing a reliable basis for process equipment advancement and technology upgrades.
