摘要 针对新能源汽车减速器运转过程中噪声过大和续航里程短等问题,构建了以最小化弧形锥齿轮体积和传动噪声为优化目标的数学模型,建立优化参数矩阵,并对参数进行条件约束,运用惩罚函数把有约束的非线性矩阵转化成无约束的问题,并应用MATLAB软件进行迭代计算,得到优化后的齿轮相关参数.该算法有效地减小了减速器弧形锥齿轮体积,同时得到齿面重叠系数的近优解,降低了减速器内齿轮的传动,从而提高了新能源汽车整车性能. Aiming at the problems of excessive noise and short mileage during the operation of the new energy vehicle,a mathematical model was built to minimize the volume and noise of the arc bevel gear,then setting up an optimized parameter matrix,and the parameters were constrained,the penalty function was used to transform a constrained nonlinear matrix into a unconstrained problem and the MATLAB software was used to calculate the iterative calculation.The parameters of the gear were obtained.The algorithm reduces the volume of the arc bevel gear effectively.The near optimal solution of the overlap coefficient of the tooth surface is obtained,the transmission of the gear in the reducer is decreased,and the transmission of the gear in the reducer is decreased.Thus the performance of the new energy vehicle is improved.
