脊柱矫形手术血流动力学的监测进展

摘要 脊柱畸形危害健康,影响患者生活质量,多需进行手术以矫正畸形,稳定脊柱,减轻疼痛,改善呼吸、循环和神经系统功能。脊柱矫形手术复杂,手术时间长、术中出血多、循环波动大,给麻醉管理带来严峻挑战。明确患者术中血流动力学波动的具体原因,将有利于围术期的麻醉管理,提高围术期的安全性。本研究将脊柱矫形手术患者术中血流动力学波动的可能原因及相关血流动力学的监测进展综述如下。
