硫酸镁的不同用药途径治疗儿童哮喘的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同用药途径的硫酸镁治疗儿童哮喘的疗效差异。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的136例儿童哮喘患儿,根据硫酸镁的用药途径及哮喘发作期病情的程度不同,按照随机配对设计分为吸入硫酸镁组70例和静滴硫酸镁组66例。两组患儿常规对症治疗相同的基础上,吸入硫酸镁组雾化吸入硫酸镁,静滴硫酸镁组静脉滴注硫酸镁,比较两组患儿的临床症状、体征的缓解情况、血气分析、肺功能改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果吸入硫酸镁组在咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音消失时间及住院天数方面与静滴硫酸镁组相比,均明显缩短(P<0.05);其临床总有效率97.14%,明显优于静滴硫酸镁组;其对血气分析、肺功能的改善较静滴硫酸镁组更明显;不良反应发生率更低。结论采用硫酸镁治疗儿童哮喘时,小剂量雾化吸入比静脉滴注临床疗效更佳,安全性更高,副作用更少,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the difference in the efficacy of different routes of administration of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of136children patients with asthma who were admitted to our hospital from January2017to February2018were selected.According to different routes of administration of magnesium sulfate and the degrees of symptoms during asthma attack,according to the random matching design,the patients were divided into inhaled magnesium sulfate group and intravenous magnesium sulfate group.On the same basis as the conventional symptomatic treatment in the two groups of children patients,the inhaled magnesium sulfate group was inhaled with magnesium sulfate.Intravenous magnesium sulfate group was intravenously administered with magnesium sulfate.The clinical symptoms and signs of remission,blood gas analysis,improvement of lung function,and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Inhaled magnesium sulfate group was significantly shorter in the dispearing time of cough,dyspnea,wheezing and length of stay than those in the intravenous magnesium sulfate group(P<0.01);the clinical total effective rate was97.14%,which was significantly better than the intravenous magnesium sulfate group;the improvement of blood gas analysis and lung function was more significant than that in the intravenous magnesium sulfate group;the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower.Conclusion When magnesium sulfate is used to treat asthma in children,low-dose aerosol inhalation is better than intravenous infusion,with better clinical efficacy,higher safety and fewer adverse effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
