心理护理对克罗恩病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in the patients with Crohn's disease

目的探讨心理护理干预对克罗恩病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的有效性。方法于2017年1月～2018年6月选取70例克罗恩病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组35例(心理护理干预)和对照组35例(只进行药物干预)。在基线期及干预结束后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评估。结果干预结束后观察组SAS、SDS总分与其治疗前比较均显著下降(t=4.214、4.447,P均<0.01),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=3.302、4.811,P均<0.05)。干预结束后观察组CDAI评分与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可以显著改善克罗恩病患者焦虑抑郁情绪,该结论需要进一步临床扩大样本验证。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in the patients with Crohn's disease.Methods From January2017to June2018,70patients with Crohn's disease were selected and randomly divided into35cases in the observation group(psychological nursing intervention)and35cases in the control group(only given drug intervention).The assessment was performed using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)at baseline and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the total scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=4.214,4.447,P<0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.302,4.811,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,there was significantly difference of the total scores of CDAI in the observation group after the intervention(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve anxiety and depression in the patients with Crohn's disease.This conclusion requires further clinical validation with larger samples.
