维持性血液透析患者的焦虑状态及其人文关怀护理研究

Study on anxiety state and humanistic care of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的研究对维持性血液透析患者运用人文关怀达到的护理效果。方法选取我院收治的维持性血液透析患者40例,将其随机分成对照组与观察组每组各20例,对照组患者采用常规性的护理方式,观察组患者采用人文关怀护理方式。通过不同护理方式的实施,在护理前后采用焦虑自评量表即SAS指标数据与抑郁自评量表即SDS评分方面收集护理效果数据并进行对比分析。结果观察组维持性血液透析患者的SAS数据指标评分护理后明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过人文关怀护理方式措施的实施,护理后患者的SDS分值也显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血液透析患者中运用人文护理关怀能够有效促进患者焦虑程度的缓解,对其生活质量的改善具有重要的现实意义。

Objective To study the nursing effect of humanistic care on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods40patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with20cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods.The observation group was treated with humanistic care.Through the implementation of different nursing methods,data on nursing outcomes were collected and analyzed by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(the SAS index data)and the Depression Scale(the SDS score)before and after the nursing.Results The SAS data index scores of maintenance hemodialysis patients in the observation group were significantly lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the implementation of human care measures,the SDS scores of patients after nursing were also significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humane care in maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively promote the relief of patients'anxiety and has important practical significance to improve the quality of life.
