目的性护理健康教育构建医患信任的效果评价 被引量:1

Effect evaluation of objective nursing health education on building trust between doctors and patients

摘要 目的探讨护理健康教育构建医患信任的方法,改善住院患者对医疗费用高、医疗风险大、人性化关怀缺乏等方面的偏见。通过目的性健康教育重新构建以信任为基础的医患关系。方法选取我科室2017年3~12月住院患者820例,以3~7月住院患者410例作为对照组,8~12月住院患者410例为实验组。对照组采用常规护理健康教育,实验组采用目的性护理健康教育。分别在患者入院及出院时进行针对性的问卷调查。结果通过影响医患信任的相关因素比较,实验组干预前后组内比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论目的性护理健康教育能改变患者对医院的偏见,修复医患关系的信任受损,重新构建医患之间的信任,营造医患诚信生态。 Objective To explore the method of nursing health education to build trust between doctors and patients,and to improve the prejudice of hospitalized patients in terms of high medical expenses,high medical risks and lack of humanized care.To rebuild a trust-based relationship between doctors and patients through objective nursing health education.Methods A total of820inpatients from March to December2017in our department were selected.410patients in the hospital between March and July were used as the control group,and410patients in the hospital between August and December were included in the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine nursing health education,and the experimental group was given objective nursing health education.Targeted questionnaires at the time of admission and discharge were conducted.Results By comparing the factors affecting the trust of doctors and patients,there was significant statistical difference before and after the intervention in the experimental group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Objective nursing health education can change patients'prejudice against hospitals,repair the trust damage in doctor-patient relationship,rebuild trust between doctors and patients,and create a trustworthy ecology of doctors and patients.
