摘要 目的:探讨SBAR沟通模式在血液科护理交接班中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年3~9月收治的239例患者作为对照组,按照血液科常规交接班模式进行交接班;选取2017年10月~2018年4月收治的240例患者作为研究组,按照SBAR沟通模式进行交接班。比较两组患者、护士对交接班的满意度及护士对自身评判性思维评分情况。结果:研究组患者中文版患者床边交接班满意度量表(PVNC-BR)中除保护健康隐私条目外其他条目评分高于均对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01);研究组护士中文版护士交接班评估量表(NASR)中预防患者安全隐患、促进患者参加、交班时团队协作很好、增加护士责任感、增加监督、了解患者教育需要方面评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01);研究组护士对自身评判性思维评分高于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。结论:在血液科护理交接班中实施SBAR沟通模式,可明显提高患者及护士对交接班的满意度,利于提高护士自身评判性思维能力,从而提高护理服务质量,保证护理安全。 Objective:To explore the application effect of SBAR communication mode in nursing handover in hematology department.Methods:A total of239patients admitted from March to September2017were selected as the control group,and they were transferred according to the routine shift mode of the hematology department.A total of240patients admitted from October2017to April2018were selected as study groups,and the handover was conducted according to the SBAR communication model.Compare two groups of patients and nurses′satisfaction with shift transfer and nurses′self-critical thinking score.Results:The scores of other items in the Chinese version of the patient bedside shift satisfaction scale(PVNC-BR)except the protection of health privacy items were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The Chinese version of the Nurse Handover Assessment Scale(NASR)in the study group had higher scores in preventing potential safety hazards,promoting patient participation,good teamwork,increasing nurses′sense of responsibility,increasing supervision and understanding patients′educational needs than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The nurses in the study group scored higher on their critical thinking than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Implementing the SBAR communication mode in the hematology care handover class can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses in the handover class,and help improve the nurses′critical thinking ability,thereby improving the quality of nursing services and ensuring the safety of nursing.
