细致化护理干预对肝癌TACE术后患者睡眠及负性情绪的影响

Effect of meticulous nursing intervention on sleep and negative emotions of patients with liver cancer after TACE operation

目的:分析肝癌TACE术后患者采取细致化护理干预对其负性情绪及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2018年6月本院行TACE手术治疗的肝癌患者30例,将30例患者通过随机数字表法分成实验组(n=15例)与参照组(n=15例),参照组开展基础常规护理方案,实验组联合细致化护理干预方案,将两组患者对护理服务的满意程度、VAS评分、睡眠质量评分、术后并发症发生情况进行对比。结果:经两种不同护理方案干预后,实验组患者对护理服务的满意程度、VAS评分、睡眠质量评分、术后并发症发生情况与参照组患者临床指标数据相比P<0.05,两组数据对比有意义。结论:肝癌TACE术后患者采取细致化护理干预,可强化护理质量、消除患者负性情绪、提高患者睡眠质量、控制术后并发症发生情况、促进患者术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the effects of careful nursing intervention on negative emotion and sleep in patients with liver cancer after TACE.Methods:A total of 30 patients with liver cancer who underwent TACE surgery from August 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.30 patients were divided into experimental group(n=15 cases)and reference group by random number table(n=15 cases).The reference group carried out the basic routine nursing program,and the experimental group combined with the detailed nursing intervention program to compare the satisfaction degree of the nursing service,the VAS score,the sleep quality score and the postoperative complications.RESULTS:After intervention with two different nursing programs,the satisfaction rate of nursing service,VAS score,sleep quality score,postoperative complications and P-0.05 of the clinical index data of the reference group were compared between the two groups.Contrast makes sense.Conclusion:Careful nursing intervention for patients with liver cancer after TACE can strengthen the quality of care,eliminate negative emotions,improve the quality of patients'sleep,control the occurrence of postoperative complications,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
