摘要
"食品安全学"是一门集理论与实践为一体的科学。随着时代的发展,逐渐形成了一种新的结合互联网与教育的教学方法,分析了"互联网+"在混合式教学中的价值体现,阐述了基于"互联网+"的混合式教学过程,提出构建融合"视频、协作、互动、讨论、考核"的"五要素"综合体。以"食品安全学"课程为例,阐述了基于"互联网+"的混合式教学在高校公共选修课中的实施过程及保障机制。
Food Safety is a science which combined with theory and practice.With the development of the times,a new teaching method combining with internet and education has been formed,which analyses the value embodiment of“Internet plus”on blended learning,elaborates the process of blended learning based on“Internet plus”and proposes to build a“five elements”combination merge together with“video,cooperation,interaction,discussion and assessment”.In this paper,taking Food Safety as an example,the implementation process and safe guard mechanism of blended learning based on“Internet plus”of public elective course were discussed.
