摘要
为适应茶产业发展、学生就业和提高学生创新能力的需要,有必要在茶学专业开设"茶产品分析与检验"课程。分析了开设该课程的必要性,探讨了课程的教学目的、教学内容的组织和课程教学的实施意见,并对教学的组织实施提出建议。
It is necessary to establish Analysis and Inspect Tea Products curriculum in tea science profession to meet the need of tea industrial development,students'employment and improving students'innovation ability.This text analyzed the necessity of establishing the curriculum,discussed teaching aims,organization of content of courses,the idea of course teaching implement and gave some advices to teaching organization implement.
