就业导向的课程考核评价改革在“果蔬贮藏与加工”课程中的应用

Application of Employment-oriented Curriculum Assessment Reform in the Course of Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Processing

针对当前学生就业存在的实际问题,结合学校情况,将考核评价改革应用于高职高专层次的"果蔬贮藏与加工"课程中,分别从考核目标、考核内容与方式、考核标准等方面进行探索和实践。结果显示,学生的学习能力、主动性和职业素养等均得到了显著提高。同时,建立了多元评价体系,提升了校企合作办学的层次。

In view of the actual problems existing in students'employment and actual situation of our university,this study applied the assessment reform to the course of Fruit and Vegetable Storage in terms of the assessment objectives,assessment contents and methods,assessment standards and other aspects.The results showed that the students'learning ability,initiative and professional accomplishment have been significantly improved;at the same time,a multi-evaluation system has been established to enhance the level of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools.
