摘要
为满足轻量化及高强度的需求,对星船航天器结构件的金属、非金属及复合材料的密度检测提出更好要求。针对理化检测中分析天平的空间尺寸和量程的条件限制,创新性地对3D打印密度测试装置进行仿真设计,成功研制轻质量、强度高的密度测试装置,并且通过试验验证测试结果的准确性和有效性。其测试数据的重复性和再现性均能满足标准要求,大大提高检测效率,并且在经济效益、技术水平上都达到很好的效果。
In order to meet the requirement of lightweight and high strength,spacecrafts have an urgent need for density testing of metal,non\|metal and composite materials.Considering the limitation of space size and range of scales,a density test device by 3D printing was innovatively simulated and designed,and the density test device with light weight and high strength was successfully developed.The accuracy and reliability of the testing results of the device were verified by experiments.The repeatability and reproducibility of the test data can meet the requirements of the standard.This technology achieves good results in both economic and technical levels by enhancing testing efficiency.
