城市信息模型(CIM)技术应用领域拓展与人造环境智慧化

Technological Extension of Application Field of City Information Modeling (CIM) and Intelligence of Artificial Environment

当前,随着BIM技术在AEC领域真正地被各方所广泛接受并应用落地,城市尺度也在信息化方面提出了要求。针对这一背景,本文在该领域论述了城市信息化建设发展情况与未来趋势,从BIM与城市的关系,CIM的概念形成、发展情况、含义与组成进行了研究,并根据当前城市信息化建设方面提出了促进CIM发展的落地措施,指出CIM的健康发展需要各方的共同努力,因此需要在各自职责范围内做出对应的措施保障,CIM技术真正为智慧城市发展服务。

With the acceptance of BIM technology in AEC field and some projects applied the technology,the Information application was also needed in city aspect.According to such circumstance,the paper expounds the current development and further trend of information framework in city aspect.Some researches were arranged,such as the relationship between BIM and city,the conceptual formation of CIM,the development situation and constitution of CIM.According to the current urban information construction,the measures to promote CIM practices are put forward.It is pointed out that the healthy development of CIM requires the joint efforts of all parties,therefore corresponding measures should be taken within their respective responsibilities to ensure that CIM technology truly serves the development of intelligent city.
