摘要
BIM技术作为建筑业施工管理新技术在施工阶段管理过程中有着明显的优势,能够被运用在施工质量管理、成本管理、进度管理等管理过程中。BIM技术在施工阶段中的应用不仅能够优化施工管理,而且对工程创优效果显著。本文以汇通横琴广场总承包工程为例,从传统施工阶段管理存在的问题入手,提出了BIM技术在施工前期策划阶段的一揽子解决措施和施工中后期阶段的一体化解决方案。
As a new construction management technology,BIM has obvious advantages in the management process at the construction stage.It can be used in construction quality management,cost management,schedule management and other management processes.The application of BIM technology in the construction stage can not only optimize the construction management,but also have a significant effect on engineering excellence.Taking the general contracting project of Huitong Hengqin Plaza as an example,this paper starts with the problems existing in the traditional management at the construction stage,and proposes a package solution of BIM technology in the pre-construction planning stage and an integrated solution in the middle and late stages of construction.
