摘要
本文主要围绕为什么要建设智慧水务,如何建设智慧水务两个方面进行多角度的全面论述。意义在于论述如何建设智慧水务,通过智慧水务的建设如何实现水务企业的"智慧化"、"精细化"管理,实现调度运行的实时监控、供水变化趋势预测及应对、突发事件预警及应急处置等辅助决策功能,降低漏损,减少投诉,从而提升城市供水安全保障的精细化、可视化、智能化管理水平,达到"智慧"的状态,全面提升水务运营管理能力。
The paper mainly focuses on why and how to build a wise water service.The construction of wise water affairs could improve the level of refined,visualized,and intelligent management of urban water supply security,achieve a"smart"state,and comprehensively empower water operations management capabilities,through the measures such as the“smart”and“fine”management of water enterprises,the real-time monitoring of dispatching operation,forecasting and coping of water supply change trend,emergency warning and emergency response so as to reduce leakage and reduce complaints.
