摘要
具备核心竞争力的出版企业可以在市场竞争中占据优势并获取超额利润。本文从企业资源整合能力、创新发展能力、营销推广能力、品牌塑造能力和效益获取能力五个方面构建了出版企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,并根据业内专家的调查问卷数据,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重系数。
Publishing enterprises with core competence are superior in the market competition and gain excess profits.The paper constructs evaluation index system of core competence from the five aspects---competence of resource integration,competence of innovation development,competence of marketing promotion,competence of brand building and competence of profits gaining and confirms weighting coefficient of every index by Analytic Hierarchy Process according to questionnaire from industry experts of publishing.
