食品科学与工程专业Auto CAD教学改革探讨——以天津农学院为例

Discussion on the Reform of Auto CAD Teaching in Food Science and Engineering:Taking Tianjin Agriculture University as an Example

计算机辅助设计(CAD)是食品科学与工程专业进行食品工厂设计、加工工艺设计的必修课程。通过分析天津农学院食品科学与工程专业Auto CAD教学现状中存在问题,提出了以专业课程设计引进Auto CAD教学的改革思路。实践证明,该教学方式的改革对增强学生的专业应用能力,培养学生的工程设计意识大有帮助。

Computer Aided Design(CAD)is a compulsory course for food factory designand processing technological design.This paper analyzes problems existing in teaching of Auto CAD course in the major of food science and bioengineering in Tianjin Agricultural University.It is proved that the reform of this teaching method is of great help to enhance students'professional application ability and cultivate students'engineering design consciousness.
