摘要
在全社会创新创业的大背景下,"食品质量管理学"课程是一门实现食品质量与安全创新教育和专业能力的重要课程。基于创新创业教育理念下,结合食品行业的需求,首先对目前"食品质量管理学"课程教学体系中存在的问题进行分析,然后从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和考试评价方式等方面进行对"食品质量管理学"课程的教学体系进行改革研究。
In the whole of society innovative entrepreneurial background,Food Quality Management course is an achievement of food quality and safety of innovative educational and professional abilities of course.Based on an innovative entrepreneurial educational philosophy and the needs of the food industry,Food Quality Management course teaching system problems were consider firstly,and the reform of the education system of Food Quality Management course from the teaching objectives and teaching content,teaching methods and assessment evaluation was researched in this paper.
