摘要
采用燃烧法制备了CaMoO_4:Tb^(3+)发光材料.研究了700℃、800℃两个温度与材料的结构及发光性质之间的关系.同时优化了n_(Ca)∶n_(Tb)条件,最佳反应条件为800℃,n_(Ca)∶n_(Tb)=1∶0.1.合成的CaMoO_4:Tb^(3+)材料在295 nm波长激发下,在490 nm和545 nm处有较强发射峰.
Luminescent materials CaMoO4:Tb^3+were prepared by combustion method.The structure and luminescent properties with two temperature(700℃、800℃)were studied.The optimization of conditions of nCa:nTb was studied.The best temperature is800℃,the ratio of nCa:nTb is1:0.1.When excited with295nm,emission spectrum of CaMoO4:Tb^3+showed at490nm and545nm.
