改革开放以来,大学生择业观的变迁大致经历了择业意识萌动阶段、择业观探索阶段和择业观多元阶段。时代变迁、高等教育改革以及大学生人生价值追求是择业观的主要影响因素。从对大学生择业观变迁分析来看,高校要引导大学生树立正确的择业观,需引导大学生明晰择业的时代背景、教育大学生遵循择业的主要指针、指导大学生求解个性化择业方程。

Since the adoption of the reform and opening up policy,college students have roughly experienced three stages of occupational choices:development of occupational consciousness,occupational exploration,and occupational diversification.Changing times,higher education reform and pursuit of life values are the major influences on college students'view of employment.Colleges and universities should guide students to correct occupational choices,helping them to form a clear picture of the changing times and solve their personal equation of employment satisfyingly.
