The paper makes a statistical analysis of the research articles written by outstanding college advisors in the past40years of reform and opening up and examines their publication channels and research areas in the hope of demonstrating the advisors'achievements in team building and motivating advisors at large to follow the example of advanced models around them and conscientiously fulfil their educational mission.
