摘要 高校辅导员工作怠倦存在影响大学生思想政治教育、辅导员身心健康、高等教育改革与发展、校园和谐稳定以及日常管理等方面的风险。分析辅导员工作怠倦的归因,提出了防范和矫正辅导员工作怠倦的对策:建立高校辅导员名师工作室沟通合作机制、标准化培育和培养机制、职业发展空间和平台的激励机制和校院两级人文关怀机制。 Job burnout on the part of colelge advisors poses risks not only to their own physical and mental health but also to students'ideological and political education,reform and development of higher education,harmony and stability on campus and the routine management.This paper makes an analysis of the causes for advisors'job burnout and then puts forth some suggestions on how to prevent and solve the problem:It is important to establish sound mechanisms for college advisors to communicate and cooperate,to receive standardized training,to be motivated and enjoy career advancement and to feel the humanistic care from both the university and the college.
