高校院系党组织组织力的理论维度与提升路径

Theoretical Dimensions of the Organizing Power of Party Organizations at College or Department Level and Their Improvement

基层党组织组织力的构成分为组织引领力、组织执行力、组织建设力和组织发展力四个理论维度,每个维度还包括三个子维度。针对院系党组织组织力在组织引领、组织行为、组织建设和组织发展方面所面临的现实问题和制约因素,从多维度分层次进行探索和分析,提升新时代高校基层党组织的组织力,进而突出其政治功能。

The organizing power of a grass-roots Party organization consists of four theoretical dimensions,that is,guiding power,executive power,constructing power and developing power,each made up of three sub-dimensions.This paper points out some existing problems with the organizing power of Party organizations at college or department level,analyzes the causes and constraints and finally makes suggestions on how to improve the grass-roots Party organizations'organizing power and enhance their political function.
