摘要
该型组合传动发电机用于飞机电源系统,由恒速传动装置和交流发电机两部分组成,其作用是保证向机上电路提供稳定的恒频三相交流电。在产品修理过程中,由于人为差错出现错装,导致组合传动发电机在使用过程中内部机构严重损坏,出现功能失效故障。为了给今后此类故障分析提供参考,本文将从该型组合传动发电机主要结构、基本工作原理和装配工艺等方面对此类故障进行分析。
This type of combined transmission generator is used in aircraft power system,which is composed of constant speed transmission device and alternator.Its function is to ensure stable constant frequency three-phase alternating current ac to the onboard circuit.In the process of product repair,due to human error,the internal mechanism of the combined drive generator is seriously damaged during operation,resulting in failure of function.In order to provide reference for the analysis of this kind of fault in the future,this paper will analyze this kind of fault from the main structure,basic working principle and assembly process of the combined transmission generator.
